Beyonce’s World tour gets rolling this month, but there are whispers the hit maker isn’t selling as many tickets as expected.
Beyonce has been arguably one of the biggest artists over the last two decades, but Queen B’s throne may be in jeopardy if her lack of ticket sales are to be believed.
The star’s Cowboy Carter tour got underway yesterday (April 28) at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, but ahead of the performance, Beyonce took some shots from rapper 50 Cent on social media.

Sharing a TMZ article that reported that more than 3,800 tickets were still up for grabs, 50 Cent admitted his surprise.
"👀 s*** getting real out here," he wrote alongside the screenshot. "🤔 Hey the tickets ain't selling?"
At the time, resale prices had also dropped dramatically, according to reports, stating that some seats were going for as little as $20.

Some people even joked that they had to make the decision whether to buy the Beyonce tickets or get a McDonalds Minecraft Meal.
These digs at Beyonce certainly disturbed the Beyhive, with many leaping to the star’s defense and criticizing 50 Cent.
One person took to Twitter to comment: “Alot of them are jealous of Beyonce's success. We all know 50 Cent is MASSIVELY jealous of Papa Jay too.
“Y'all don't focus on negative vibes, the tour is just too beautiful. Positive vibes only!”

Another said: “50 cent trying to come for Beyonce is the weakest shit I’ve ever seen!
@50cent BE A MAN BX.”
With a third commenting: “50 cent is a bitter and despicable human being, trash attracts flies. Beyoncé’s fanbase will always support her and those haters will stay mad forever.”
However, others took the opportunity to insist they weren’t surprised that Beyonce tickets may not be selling as well.

One person commented: “She’s overrated. She came to my city years ago and only sold about 100 tickets in the arena. Her team is amazing for making it seem like she’s some god.”
Another said: “Cowboy Carter wasn’t a popular album, and since this tour is focused only on that album I can see why no one cares to go.”
And a third added: “nobody wants to hear that chop album live - she should have paused on touring after renaissance world tour.”

Either way, her fans, who have been put off by expensive tickets will jump at the chance for $20 seats, so everyone wins.
