Dick Van Dyke has suffered injuries after crashing his car into a gate in Malibu.
The iconic actor was involved in a single-car crash after losing control of his vehicle - a 2018 Lexus LS 500 - in the rain on March 15.
TMZ reported that the 97-year-old was found behind the wheel of the car with a bleeding nose and mouth, meaning he may have suffered a concussion.

Paramedics treated him at the scene, but he refused to go to the hospital.
Officials confirmed that no alcohol or drugs were found in Van Dyke's system, and he had someone drive him home after the accident.
UNILAD has reached out to Van Dyke’s management for more information.

However, this isn't the first time the actor has been involved in a harrowing accident.
In 2013, Van Dyke narrowly averted death when he was pulled from his sports car by a passerby when it suddenly became engulfed in flames.
Van Dyke's rescuer, Jason Pennington, told TMZ he was driving along Route 101 in Calabasas when he noticed a smoke-filled Jaguar, which was pulled up to the side of the road.
As Pennington looked closer, he saw an elderly man hunched over the wheel, to which he ran over and saw Van Dyke struggling to escape.

The outlet reported at the time that the experience slightly disoriented the actor; however, he refused medical attention.
My god, he even gives Tom Cruise a run for his money.
Shortly after refusing to go to hospital, his wife came to pick him up and brought him home.
Van Dyke seemed to poke fun at the incident, as he later tweeted a photograph of the burnt-out vehicle with the caption: "Used Jag for sale REAL CHEAP!!"
His wife added: "He's fine thank God!!"

In 2010, the actor also made headlines as he had cheated death once again.
The actor recalled how a pod of porpoises saved him after he dozed off on his surfboard while paddling out at his local beach.
The Chitty Chitty Bang Bang actor told talk-show host Craig Ferguson: “I woke up out of sight of land.
“I started paddling with the swells and I started seeing fins swimming around me and I thought ‘I’m dead!’”

However, he said 'they turned out to be porpoises'.
"They pushed me all the way to shore," he added.
These porpoises were obviously very big Mary Poppins fans.
