Arnold Schwarzenegger has raved about his son-in-law Chris Pratt after seeing him in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3.
Taking to social media, the Former Governor of California told fans that he was ‘very, very proud’ of the Marvel star.

Pratt has spoken about his relationship with his father-in-law on several occasions, with the two actors becoming quite close after he married Schwarzenegger's daughter, Katherine, back in 2019.
The pair are so close in fact, that The Terminator star has been teaching his son-in-law some rather bad habits.
During his most recent appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Pratt revealed that Schwarzenegger had taught him to how smoke cigars.

Despite suffering from asthma, Pratt had been keen to impress his father-in-law, joking that there was ‘nothing manlier’.
As the pair celebrated the birth of Pratt’s second daughter, however, the MCU actor would soon regret lighting one up.
"There’s nothing manlier than Arnold Schwarzenegger smoking a cigar, and when you’re part of bringing his granddaughter into the world, he comes and he brings you a cigar, and he’s like, ‘Let’s go out and smoke these,’" he confessed, before admitting that he got ‘massive lung infection’ in the days following.
"But worth it." he adds.

Whilst Pratt and Schwarzenegger might not be sharing a cigar again anytime soon, they still seem to have a tight bond.
In a recent touching tweet, the action hero gushed about the 43-year-old’s latest film – which will be the last in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise.
Shared on Friday night, it read: "I saw #GuardiansOfTheGalaxyVol3 last night and WOW. @prattprattpratt, you crushed it," the 75-year-old tweeted.

"A non-stop, perfect mix of comedy and action. I loved it and I’m very, very proud of you.”
However, the feeling is mutual when it comes to sharing their appreciation for one another on Twitter, as Pratt had previously shared a photo of them together in June 2022 ‘enjoying’ their cigars together to wish his father-in-law a happy birthday.
The tweet read: "Happy birthday to the man, the myth, and the legend. Love you."

Isn't that sweet?
Luckily for the Jurassic World star, putting a stop to the cigars was probably a good thing as he begins his training for Cowboy Ninja Viking – an action film about a super solider with the attributes of all three legendary warriors.
Based on the beloved graphic novel, the movie is set to star Priyanka Chopra Jonas and filming has just begun.
