Brooke Shields has recalled the moment she ran away 'butt naked' after losing her virginity to Superman actor Dean Cain.
The Endless Love star, 57, discussed the encounter in her new documentary Pretty Baby, where she also reflects on her days as a child actor and being sexualised from a young age in controversial nude film scenes.

Shields attended Princeton University in the 1980s and it was during this time she dated Dean, now 56, for around two years.
At this point in time, Shields was an experienced actor and had already starred in the films Pretty Baby, in which she plays a prostitute and the similarly controversial film The Blue Lagoon.
Dean was pursuing a career in professional football before he was bitten by the acting bug. He later went on to star opposite Teri Hatcher in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman in 1993.

"When we finally had sex, I immediately ran out of the room, ran down the hall butt naked, just running. I didn’t know where I was going," she recalls in the documentary.
"He ran after me with the duvet and grabbed a hold of me and said 'Where are you going?' He said, 'I’m not going anywhere, I’m not leaving you, you’re the same person' he got it immediately and I just cried."
She also explains how she was also confused by her own reaction to sex at the time, saying that she 'felt bad for that girl'.
Shields says: "She was old enough to own her body for real and I just couldn't get there at that moment."

The People's Choice Award winner has also said she regrets speaking publicly about being a virgin in 1985 after she was dubbed 'the most famous virgin in the world'.
In November last year during an episode of her podcast Now What? With Brooke Shields, the Hollywood star said she regrets including details about her own virginity in her 1985 book On Your Own aged 20.
"I think that it was, in hindsight, a bit of a mistake for me to be so open about my virginity because it never left me alone," she said.

"I would get a lot of fan mail from kids saying, ‘Oh, my boyfriend’s pressuring me, and I don’t want to have sex. What do I do?’ My narrative was, ‘You don’t have to do anything you don’t want to'."
By including the detail in her book, Shields said she endured 'creepy' questions from older men.
She said: "To be in the line of fire at such a young age in that way, I gained a resilience, and it set me up to be ready for anything in this industry, which can be difficult."
