Cole Sprouse says he lost his virginity at 14 to an older woman and lasted just '20 seconds'

Cole Sprouse has opened up about losing his virginity as a teenager.

While some people wait for ages to pluck up the courage to get a partner into bed, it seems like things moved very fast for the then child actor.

During his wide-ranging interview on the Call Me Daddy podcast, the now 30-year-old says it all went down in a hotel back when he was 14.

“This is such a great story. I feel like it says so much about me," he told podcast host Alexandra Cooper.

“I was 14 when I lost my virginity, so this is still bowl-cut guy.

“I was on a family trip in Florida, and I met this girl who was older, so that’s already dubious."

He added: "The first night we kind of made out, the second night — this makes me nervous, it’s so cringey — I, like, knocked on her hotel door.”

To be honest, that's a lot of confidence for a 14-year-old, but, he admits his heart was pounding during this moment.

Sprouse continued with his tale of losing his V-plates, saying: “I finally mustered up enough courage to deliver a line that my brother [Dylan] has never, ever let down for me.

"I looked at her, and I was like, ‘So, are you like DTF?’ She goes, ‘What?’ And I go, ‘You know, down to f**k?’ I was 14."

Despite the cringe line for a teenager, she said yes.

He says he quickly had to message his brother and a friend who was with them to get out of the hotel room because he was bringing her back.

“We’re walking down the hall. I got my arm around this girl," he said.

"I see my brother and Charlie. As we pass each other, my brother looks at me and goes, ‘What the f**k are we supposed to do?’

"I looked at him, and I said another line that he’s never forgiven me for.

"I was like, ‘I dunno, go play chess or something.'”

He did the deed but Cole told Cooper that his hot and heavy moment with the older woman only lasted 20 seconds.

Sprouse added that he never spoke to the woman again as it was just a holiday fling and now he has a memorable story to tell.
