In a move which might end up stirring the pot, Drake just dropped his new song 'Rescue Me' and it contains samples of what sounds like Kim Kardashian talking about her divorce with Kanye West.
Though it wouldn't be the first time that Drake and Kanye had some public beef, the rapper's new song contains audio clips of Kardashian seemingly talking to her mother, Kris Jenner, about splitting with her now ex-husband.
The samples are from a 2021 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians and feature Kardashian and Jenner talking about someone believed to be Kanye.

"I didn't come this far just to come this far and not be happy, remember that," Kardashian is heard saying on Drake's track, while a clip of her saying 'ok' kept appears as the rapper sings: "Tell me what to do."
Also sampled were clips of Jenner parroting her daughter's words back at her in agreement.
Drake, who had recently sparked rumours that he was going to retire, has dropped 'Rescue Me', which more musically astute colleagues reliably inform me is 'an absolute banger'.
He's still on top of his game but has spoken about the possibility of making 'a graceful exit', so perhaps he's planning to leave on a career high at some point.

Meanwhile, Kanye West is very much not enjoying a career high after making and then doubling down on a series of anti-Semitic comments.
He recently claimed that he's seen the light and shed his hatred after watching Jonah Hill's performance in 21 Jump Street, which is likely not how anyone predicted this would go.
In the past, Drake and Kanye have had enough beef to keep a McDonald's larder fully stocked for a month, though at times they had appeared to put all that stuff behind them.

Back in 2018 when tensions were at their highest, there had been rumours flying around that Drake and Kardashian had slept together, which both denied, though there had been some references to her in one of his songs.
His tune 'In My Feelings' went: "Kiki, do you love me? Are you riding? Say you’ll never ever leave, From beside me, ’cause I want ya, and I need ya, And I’m down for you always."
Kiki is Kim's nickname, and things went from bad to worse between Drake and Kanye from there.

There were diss tracks and claims of being 'disrespectful', along with a former Yeezy employee claiming they got fired for suggesting playing Drake's music in the workplace to take a break from Kanye constantly playing his own tunes.
