Emily Ratajkowski worries about the impact gender stereotypes will have on her son.
The model, actor, and author revealed her concerns on her newest episode of her podcast, High Low with EmRata while speaking to her guest Julia Fox.
She told the Uncut Gems star that her little boy 'literally gets so excited' by anything that has wheels.

The 31-year-old model said: "And I’m like, I’m not kidding, this morning I ordered him a baby doll and a tea set. Cause I’m like, 'we gotta balance this out'. But also, is this just what he likes, naturally?"
In return, Fox revealed that her son has a 'pink stroller' and Rata added that her toddler Sylvester also has a 'pink convertible'.
The two went on to discuss how, as mothers, they fear the 'conditioning' of society and the pressure it puts on little boys to 'toughen up'."

Emily said: “I’m like, are those the little ways you can start making sure the conditioning doesn’t happen? And spending a lot of time around women?”
Fox added: "It's hard as a single mom, raising a son, you just don't want them to end up like every single guy you've ever met, you know? How do I stop this conditioning from occurring?"
In a chat with Interview, Ratajkowski revealed that she doesn't try to gender her little boy.
"Babies have this genderless quality to them, and so I love affording that to him right now," she said.

"I’ve just been treating him as this wonderful little human who’s being introduced to the world."
She went on to add that she has ‘noticed that as soon as people know that' her toddler is a boy' people interact with him differently compared to how they would behave with a baby girl.
"Sometimes I feel frustrated by that because I think there’s even a tendency to throw a little boy in the air, be a little bit rougher with them than you would a little girl," she said.

"That stuff already bothers me because I can see where it’s leading."
Em Ratajkowski gave birth to her son, Sylvester, in March 2021 with her then-partner Sebastian Bear-McClard.
The couple split in July earlier this year.
But, despite now living the life of a single mother, Emily revealed on Today that she has embraced being a solo parent.

"It’s so nice, honestly. I don’t owe anything to anybody, other than my son, that’s the only man," she said.
