Model and actor Emily Ratajkowski has filed for divorce from her estranged husband Sebastian Bear-McClard following cheating allegations.
According to court records obtained by Page Six, the model filed for divorce from the film producer in Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday (8 September) after four years of marriage.
It was noted that the filing was contested, meaning there are issues to be litigated.

It was first announced that Ratajkowski, 31, had separated from her husband - who she shares a one-year-old son with - in July of this year, with a source telling Page Six that Bear-McClard had reportedly cheated.
While Ratajkowski has remained silent about the allegations, she seemed to finally break her silence just days ago with a dueted TikTok video about how 'patriarchy does not give space for the existence of love'.
Have a listen below:
Ratajkowski explained that she 'loved the video' because 'under a patriarchy, there’s this premise of like men "getting women", like "getting them", "pulling them" like they’re something to possess'.

She went on: "Which I feel - as a recently single person who is thinking about dating and stuff - I’ve really seen that with my friends and with the conversations kind of around it.
“It’s like, ‘Well who’s going to get her?’ Rather than this is a reciprocal mutual relationship where two people could potentially foster love."
The model then pointed out how 'that’s why we don’t have a lot of love in cis-hetero relationships', before encouraging her followers to watch the rest of the original video.
The now-separated couple first started dating back in 2018 after 'knowing each other for years', according to Ratajkowski.

Just weeks into their whirlwind relationship, Bear-McClard proposed to the model while out for dinner at New York City restaurant Minetta Tavern.
A week later, the pair were married in an untraditional civil ceremony, with Ratajkowski announcing to her Instagram followers: "Sooo, I have a surprise, I got married today."
After over two years of marriage, the pair revealed they were expecting their first child, with the model speaking candidly to Vogue about gender and being a parent.

She said: "When my husband and I tell friends that I’m pregnant, their first question after 'Congratulations' is almost always 'Do you know what you want?'
"We like to respond that we won’t know the gender until our child is 18 and that they’ll let us know then," she wrote, adding that they were much more interested in 'who - rather than what - is growing inside my belly'.
She went on: "Who will this person be? What kind of person will we become parents to? How will they change our lives and who we are?"
The couple's child, Sylvester Apollo Bear, was born 8 March, 2021.
