An actress has been scolded online after she revealed she had head lice while on a flight.
In a rather grim and weird realization, actress Jenny Mollen told her followers at the end of October that she thought she had lice.
The actress said she had been feeling itchy for a little while but actually thought she was suffering from perimenopause symptoms.

While many took issue with the star for getting on the flight with the infestation in her hair, she insisted she didn’t know prior to boarding the flight.
She joked that while sat in first class, her friend travelling with her, Caroline, informed her she had them. As Caroline had lice before, she told Mollen: "I'm not saying for sure you have lice, I'm just saying there's absolutely no way you don't.”
Mollen said: “Guys I'm on a plane with Caroline and she just looked at my head and remember when I told you last week that my head is itching, and I thought I had perimenopause symptoms, well guess what, I have f****** lice.

“Honestly I think I know where I got it but I am not going to call that person out but she knows who she is. I can’t even deal you guys, this is insane.
“We have a five hour flight, I am wearing a bag that [these headphones] came in, I have never had lice in my life, I don’t know what to do.”
Yeah... I don’t know how much difference that plastic bag is going to make really.

“I have been itching for two weeks so they have been living on me for two weeks.”
She then listed off some friends she thinks may also now have lice before saying this revelation was a ‘bombshell’.
People on social media were understandably concerned that other people on the flight would now have to deal with Mollen’s lice.

One person wrote: “What the actual lice?!? Why are you on an airplane!?? You should notify an attendant so they can bring the hazmat crew in after you to clean up!”
Another added: “Jenny you had an idea while you were on the plane. Disgusting. Whoever sits in that chair after you, gets your "gift". Gross,”
A third wrote: “Idk how you go 2 weeks and not investigating the situation. yall are wild.”
Another commented: “As a flight attendant, without her knowing she did the absolute best she could. I have seen parents checking their kids heads mid flight before."

In a follow-up video, Mollen showed that she got herself treated for the lice.
