Kanye West is facing a new lawsuit, as a former worker has made serious allegations against the rapper and producer.
Kanye West, who legally changed his name to Ye back in 2022, has been accused of using his influence to investigate his ex-wife Kim Kardashian and spy on his current spouse Bianca Censori.
He is also accused of creating a hostile work environment, and in at least one incident, it's being claimed he threatened to kill an employee.

The man and former employee is identified only as John Doe in a lawsuit. The suit was filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday (October 10).
In it, Doe says he was hired in December 2022 and was given the position of Deputy campaign director, before later being moved Director of Intelligence. He stated that in the summer of 2023, his job duties included brainstorming ideas to keep West in the news, according to the lawsuit.
The employee also claims that he was tasked with investigating the Kardashian family for ‘sex trafficking’ and having ties to criminals.

According to a Variety report, the lawsuit states: “John Doe was also tasked by Ye with investigating the Kardashian family and supposed various criminal links Ye believed they had with criminal enterprises, including alleged sex trafficking.”
As well as this, Doe alleges West threatened him after he passed along a report of child abuse at West’s school, Donda Academy, to leaders at the company in May.
“You’re f**king dead to me!” West allegedly said, and then played a 'recording of scary voices' that threatened harm to the plaintiff, the suit alleges.
The lawsuit stated: “Almost immediately thereafter on the same day, Ye himself called Doe to yell, curse and threaten Doe with great bodily injury, including death, if Doe repeated what Doe learned from the Donda employee.

“Ye retaliated against plaintiff through a campaign of threats, intimidation, and harassment.
“These retaliatory actions caused plaintiff severe emotional distress and exacerbated his PTSD, resulting in both emotional and financial harm.”
The plaintiff’s attorney, Ron Zambrano, also issued a statement following the filing of the lawsuit.

Speaking to The Independent, he said: “Ye has only himself to blame for his mounting legal woes. He just can’t continue hiring employees, treating them terribly, then refusing to pay them in violation of numerous employment laws, let alone threaten to kill them as he did in this case.”
