Katie Price has been arrested after allegedly breaching the terms of a restraining order.
The 43-year-old reality star recently evaded a jail sentence after pleading guilty to drink-driving without insurance and while disqualified, following a crash on the B2135 near Partridge Green in late September last year.

On Friday, January 21, police were called to Price's home in Sussex over claims she'd broken her restraining order by messaging ex-husband Kieran Hayler and his fiancée Michelle Penticost.
Back in 2019, Price was handed a five-year restraining order forbidding her from contacting Penticost directly or indirectly, following a foul-mouthed 'tirade of abuse' in front of children in the playground.

During the earlier hearing, the court heard how the former glamour model called Penticost a 'f*cking c*nt' after photos appeared in the media of her with one of Price's children. She was told she was interrupting their conversation, to which she replied, 'I can interrupt who the hell I like,' as per Sky News.
Prosecutors then described how Price turned on Penticost's friend, saying, 'I wasn't talking to you, you stupid c*nt... I can be as f*cking rude as I want to. Who are you, you stupid c*nt?'
While pleading guilty, Price said, 'I did swear but the rest is just exaggerated nonsense... I feel totally intimidated and isolated from anyone at the school and it's not fair on the children in creating this atmosphere. This was a one-off incident and as you all know I'm against bullying or anything like that, which is why I'm doing my Harvey's Law.'

Price also said she wasn't sorry for the incident 'because [she] didn't do anything that bad'.
It's unclear what Price allegedly said in her message to the couple. 'At 5:45 pm on Friday (21 January), police responded to a report that a suspect had breached their restraining order,' a Sussex Police spokeswoman said.
'Officers arrested a woman in her 40s who has been released under investigation while inquiries continue.'

As a result of a legal loophole, Price received a 16-week suspended prison sentence for drink-driving, with a requirement to attend a £6,800-a-week rehab centre. She's also been banned from driving for two years and ordered to undergo 100 hours of unpaid work in the community.
During a recent appearance on Good Morning Britain, she said, 'The events were really traumatic. I feel ashamed about it all. People shouldn’t judge people, there’s always a reason for things.'
