Kesha and Dr. Luke have settled their lawsuit after a 9-year-battle in court.

In 2014, the singer came forward with abuse allegations against Dr. Luke, who hit back with a defamation lawsuit.

The 'Blow' singer detailed an alleged 2005 incident, via court documents obtained by Us Weekly, in which she woke up naked in Dr. Luke’s bed 'with no memory of how she got there'.

Dr. Luke filed a countersuit against Kesha that same day denying all of her allegations.

"Kesha and Dr. Luke have agreed to a resolution of the lawsuit, and have agreed to issue and post a joint statement regarding that resolution," the post read.

A statement from Kesha also read: "Only god knows what happened that night.

"As I have always said, I cannot recount everything that happened.

"I am absolutely certain that nothing happened.

"I never drugged or assaulted her and would never do that to anyone.

"For the sake of my family, I have vigorously fought to clear my name for nearly 10 years.
