While Khloe discusses her children and where she stands with the babies’ father, Kris asks about her surrogacy experience three months after Tatum’s birth.

"With him, it's taking me months. I love him and I love kids, but I definitely still don't have that complete bond, but so many people say it takes time.”

However, shortly after Khloe’s surrogate had fallen pregnant, it was also revealed that Thompson had a baby with another woman.
Thompson conceived a child with fitness model Maralee Nichols in 2021 while he was still with Khloe, and Nichols gave birth in early December.
The NBA star initially denied the child was his; however, he released a statement several months after the baby's birth to confess he was the father while apologizing to Khloe.
