Machine Gun Kelly dedicated his Billboard Awards performance to his 'wife' and 'unborn child'.
The pair may be known for drinking each other's blood, potentially requiring an exorcism and giving each other jewellery that is painful to take off, but in more heartwarming news, Machine Gun Kelly has taken to the stage to dedicate one of his latest tracks to his fiancee, Megan Fox.
Before he performed on the MGM Grand Garden Area stage at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday, 15 May, Kelly dedicated his song not only to his 'wife' but also his 'unborn child'.

Before launching into a rendition of his latest song Twin Flame, Fox revealed who he wrote the song for and also who it was dedicated to.
He said: "I wrote this song for my wife. And this is for our unborn child."
Kelly's calling of his fiancée as his 'wife', fuelled speculation the pair have already got married.
However, Kelly has referred to Fox as his wife before.

Back in March, he labelled his fiancée as such while appearing on The Ellen Degeneres Show.
Fans have flooded to Twitter in confusion over Kelly's dedication to their 'unborn child', questioning: "So Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox are married and expecting a child? Is that what this means?"
Another user took the song to suggest the pair had potentially suffered a 'miscarriage'.
Although another user quickly noted: "Say what you want about @machinegunkelly & @meganfox! I get it now! At the billboard music awards he performed the song he wrote for her. In song he said, 'Happy Birthday My love' & then he said 'This is for our unborn child!' U don't have to get it! It's none of our business!"
Ahead of his performance, Kelly told Entertainment Tonight the backstory behind his latest track.

He said: "I wrote this song two years ago exactly today, played it for her. It's just all the trip. It's all meant to be.
"It's really cool because it's a Lunar eclipse tonight. It's a full moon. It's her birthday tomorrow."
Fox also noted how the song held a 'really special secret meaning' to her too, but joked how she 'can't cry and f**k up this eyeliner'.

Despite calling Fox his 'wife' prior to his performance at the Billboard Awards, a big wedding is still expected, after Kelly told Live from E! he was planning a 'completely out of the box' wedding ceremony which is 'going to be weird'.
