A man who can predict how long you have to live reveals how he tripled Dana White’s life expectancy, having been able to identify some crucial warning signs.
The 53-year-old president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship ended up shedding more then 30lbs in a bid to drastically improve his health.
The turning point had come when he received a star warning from biologist Gary Brecka of 10X Health Systems, who empowers people to become the ‘best version of themselves’ according to his website.

On the Action Junkeez podcast last year, White explained how Brecka estimated his life expectancy using blood and DNA samples.
“This guy can take your blood and your DNA and tell you when you're going to die, and they're right within a month,” he explained.
"I connect with this guy, and they come in and they do my blood work and they scrape the insides of your cheeks to do your DNA. And the following Wednesday is when my results are supposed to be back.

"So, he calls me [and says] I’m going to come out personally and walk you through your blood work. He ends up coming out, he sits down for three and a half hours and goes through my blood work."
White was shocked to learn that he had been given just over 10 years left to live.
But Brecka’s services aren’t intended merely as a grim fright, more so a wake-up call.
Speaking to Steven Barlett on his podcast The Diary of a CEO a few months back, Brecka said after receiving White’s ‘cataclysmic results’, he jumped on a plane straight away to tell him his triglyceride levels were almost 800.

Brecka said: "Triglycerides are a measure of blood fat and shouldn't be over 149 - two or three hundred is a 'cataclysmic level,' but his was 768."
He told White his life expectancy based on the blood results and medical records from the last decade was just 10.4 years.
At the time, the UFC boss was on a total of seven medications, including three for his blood pressure.

Along with 'skyrocketing levels of cholesterol’, he was also pre-diabetic and insulin resistant.
"I told Dana 'I'm surprised you can sleep at night without waking up choking and gagging,” Brecka continued.
"I'm surprised it's not painful to bend down and tie your shoes.
"Your level of brain fog and fatigue has got to be at a crushing level - I'm surprised you can remember anything.'"

Brecka said White told him he was on a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP machine), and that he would wake up every night and ‘throw up in the middle of the night’ - so much so, that he was losing his voice.
Brecka said White responded: "I'm on a CPAP machine. I wake up every night and throw up in the middle of the night.
"I throw up so much I'm losing my voice."
Brecka added: "In 10 weeks, lost 28 to 30 pounds and he's over 40 pounds [down] now.
"By end of fifth month he was off every prescription medication.
"He is no longer pre-diabetic, he has normal triglycerides, and his kidney and liver function improved.
"He feels like a 35-year-old man again. His blood pressure has returned to normal and he's on no meds.
"He's almost tripled life expectancy - just under 30 years."
He said White told him he had ‘no idea’ he could feel this good, saying he now feels ‘amazing’.
