Machine Gun Kelly was quick to respond after Megan Fox posted on Instagram saying she was accepting applications for a new girlfriend.
Of course, Kelly and Fox are currently together, having started their committed – if slightly unorthodox – relationship in May 2020 after meeting on the set of a film.
In fact, they announced that they’d become engaged in January of last year, so they’re obviously not going anywhere for the foreseeable future either.
However, when sharing a number of pictures of herself on Instagram, Fox wrote: “Currently seeking a girlfriend.

“Please submit applications in the DMs.”
Now, Fox is also openly bisexual and has spoken eloquently about that fact in the past, but we’ve also no reason to believe that she might actually be looking for a women to be in a relationship with, although some couples do that.
To be fair, it seems very much like her current partner is in on the joke, because he came back quickly and with a sharp response.
The musician said: “I don’t think you have the filing capacity for this request.”

His response has received nearly 13,500 likes since it was posted around a day ago, and we’ll just have to assume that it’s an in-joke between the pair of them.
That doesn’t mean that Fox’s DMs won’t have been stuffed with applications though, including some celebrity names who have thrown their hat into the ring.
Influencer Tana Mongeau simply wrote: “Oh wow.”

TikToker Krystina Natiana said: “Divorcing my husband as I type.”
Actor Ruby Rose added: "Did @machinegunkelly NOT give you my application.
“I gave it to him daily while filming Taurus.”
However, adult film star Kendra Lust said: “Let’s see how it goes before we make it official that I’m your girlfriend.”

So – as we mentioned before – it’s been well-documented that Fox is openly bisexual, and she has spoken about it in the past.
She first shared her opinions on it back in 2009 when she explained: "I think people are born bisexual and they make subconscious choices based on the pressures of society.
"I have no question in my mind about being bisexual,"

She became engaged to Fox back on January 12 2020 after the pair met on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass.
Fox has three children – called Noah, Bodhi, and Journey - with Brian Austin Green, who she was married to from 2010 until 2021.
