Megan Fox attended a pre-Grammy awards gala on Saturday with a broken wrist and a concussion.
The 36-year-old star told her fans about her injuries on Instagram, but didn’t reveal how she had come to be injured, prompting some concern from fans.
In a post on Instagram, Fox shared several photos of herself looking glamorous in a red strapless dress with her hair styled in soft waves over her shoulder all ready for the annual pre-party, hosted by record producer Clive Davis.

Accompanying the shots, Fox wrote: “Off the plane with a broken wrist and a concussion straight to a Grammys party.”
Fans were quick to question Fox about her injuries, with one person asking: “The caption. Megan, what happened?”
Another said: “Am I the only one wondering why her wrist not in a cast if broken? Or at least bandaged up?"
While a third wrote: “How??? What happened??”

In snaps taken at the event, Fox could be seen wearing a pink brace on her wrist, somehow managing to make having a broken wrist look pretty chic.
Davis’ famous pre-Grammy party, held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, was crammed full of more stars than the Milky Way with Cardi B, Offset, Lars Ulrich, Sharon Stone, Demi Lovato, Lizzo and Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne all in attendance.
An insider, who was lucky enough to snag an invite to the event, told Page Six: “People really, really missed the party [during its hiatus]. It is absolutely the must-attend event of year and everyone has someone turning the town upside down to get an invite.”

Fox attended the event and the awards with partner Machine Gun Kelly - real name Colson Baker - who was nominated for Best Rock Album with his record Mainstream Sellout.
Speaking on Instagram before the Grammys, he said: “Going into tomorrow, I just want to express gratitude. No matter what the outcome is, no matter if we win the Grammy, I am so happy to have been on journey exactly as how it has turned out.
“I’m grateful for you. I’m grateful for the family I’ve gained, friends, the shows, the laughs, the cries, all of that s***. It helped me push to be here to experience a moment like this. I mean we already won. We already won.”
However, MGK didn’t win - Ozzy Osbourne’s Patient Number 9 scooped the award for Best Rock Album earlier this evening.
