Back To The Future stars Michael J Fox and Christopher Lloyd had a heartwarming reunion at New York Comic Con, with fans overjoyed to see the pair hug on stage.
The pair of actors had their latest brilliant reunion in the Big Apple and left fans overjoyed as they hugged it out on stage in front of a crowd, before chatting about their careers together.
Fox was first out on stage at New York Comic Con but as soon as he'd sat down on a sofa in walked his Back To The Future co-star Christopher Lloyd.
Fox immediately got back to his feet and embraced co-star Lloyd in a big hug, clearly overjoyed to be reunited with his friend again.

After getting through the hug the pair sat down and reminisced about their time on the Back To The Future movies, which if you haven't seen them involve Marty McFly (Fox) getting sent 30 years into the past in a time machine built by mad scientist Doc Brown (Lloyd).
A couple of successful sequels where Marty travelled to the far distant future of 2015 (we're still waiting for those hoverboards) and back into the Wild West followed.
While Marty keeps getting stuck in the past and has got to get back to the future, hence the very fitting title, the movie was almost called Space Man From Pluto.

Sidney Sheinberg, head of Universal Studios at the time Back To The Future was getting made, wanted the movie to avoid getting stuck in the genre of 'time travel movie', which is an odd thing to ask of a film which heavily involves time travel.
Luckily for everyone, the filmmakers were able to pretend they thought Sheinberg was joking and made the iconic movie we know and love today.
Interestingly, Michael J Fox's real name isn't actually Michael J Fox, it's actually Michael A Fox.
The actor couldn't just call himself Michael Fox since there was somebody already registered with that name with the Screen Actor's Guild, and he thought his real name sounded like 'Michael, a fox' and didn't want that.

While his middle name is actually Andrew, the 'J' he took on for his stage name is a tribute to actor Michael J Pollard.
Fox and Lloyd have met up a few times in recent years, including a couple of years ago at a poker night held to raise money for Fox's foundation, which goes towards research into tackling Parkinson's disease.
Back To The Future star Fox was diagnosed with the disease in 1991 and the foundation he set up in 2000 has raised more than $1 billion for research into finding a cure for Parkinson's.

The actor has previously said he 'won't stop' until a cure is found and has kept up with his fundraising efforts for more than two decades.
