MrBeast has opened up about the staggering amount of money he makes per year, but has insisted he's not rich.
Once you've seen the figure, I imagine you'll disagree...
The most-subscribed YouTuber also revealed how he spends his hard-earned cash.
YouTube used to be a very small website with cat videos and rudimentary cartoons and now... well, it is not exactly the same.

For one, it is home to some of the biggest names in online entertainment, with millionaires often making ridiculous videos for their fans across the world.
MrBeast is arguably the most popular, successful and well-known and continues to bring in subscribers every day.
This success has caught the attention of the people at TIME magazine, who went behind the scenes of some of his sets and saw how he does what he does.
MrBeast, real name Jimmy Donaldson, also gave an insight as to how much he brings in per year.

He explained that he brings in about $600 million to $700 million a year but despite this massive amount, still doesn’t consider himself rich.
“I mean, not right now,” he explained.
“I’m not naive; maybe one day.

“Each video does a couple million in ad revenue, a couple million in brand deals."
Erm, not rich?
If you're scratching your head too, MrBeast also explained where all the money goes.

He said: “I’ve reinvested everything to the point of—you could claim—stupidity, just believing that we would succeed. And it’s worked out.”
Well, while it is clear he spends a lot of money on each video, I’m not sure I can agree and say the man isn’t rich if you bringing in hundreds of millions a year, even if you do invest the lion’s sum back into your companies.
So how does he do it? And how much does it all cost?
Well, the YouTuber has certainly taken the message ‘you gotta spend money to make money’ to heart.

Recently speaking at a podcast event with the All-In Podcast, he confirmed that each video costs around the same as making an independent film.
If you are willing to spend this much, you must have some some serious confidence in what you are selling.
When asked what the budget was for each video, he answered: “I think now it is around $2.5 million each video.”
“I don’t think it's that crazy though," he continued.
“Because then they’re getting a hundred million views in seven days.
"So, in any other media, outside of social media, that got that kind of viewership their budget would be like 50 times that.”
