Al Pacino's girlfriend has filed for physical custody of their baby.
The couple welcomed their first child into the world earlier this summer, announcing they had had a boy called Roman.
According to reports, the pair began dating during the pandemic, and things quickly escalated, with the couple starting a family together.

At the time, a source close to the couple said: "Pacino and Noor started seeing each other during the pandemic.
"She mostly dates very rich older men… She has been with Al for some time and they get on very well."
"She moves with the wealthy jet-set crowd, and she comes from a family with money."

But now, just a couple of months after the birth, documents seen by a couple of outlets - Page Six and The Blast - show that Alfallah is seeking full custody of Roman.
The 29-year-old filed a petition to determine parental relationship with the Godfather star in Los Angeles on Wednesday, the documents state.
According to reports, these kinds of documents are often used by unmarried couples to establish child custody, visitation rights, and child support.
Outlets that have seen the filing report that while Alfallah is wanting physical custody of their child, she has offered to give the actor 'reasonable visitation' rights.

She has also requested that they share legal custody, which would give Pacino a say in decisions about Roman's life, such as where he goes to school and medical treatment he may receive.
Alfallah, it states, is also requesting Pacino pay for her legal fees and any other court-related costs.
The filing also includes a signed copy of a 'voluntary declaration of parentage', proving that Pacino is, in fact, their son's biological father.

Following reports of the custody filing, there have been rumours that the pair have gone their separate ways and split up.
However, in a statement to Entertainment Tonight, a representative for Pacino has stated that this is definitely not the case.
Stan Rosenfield told the publication that the pair were 'together'.
"Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child Roman," he said. "They are together."

But when asked why Alfallah had decided to file for full custody of their child, Rosenfield said: "That is a question for Noor."
UNILAD has contacted the representative for Al Pacino for further comment.
