Video footage illustrates how the shooting on the set of the movie Rust may have played out, a lawsuit claims.
Actor Alec Baldwin is now facing charges of involuntary manslaughter over the incident in which a pistol discharged on set, hitting and killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.
Baldwin has pleaded not guilty to the charge of involuntary manslaughter, which has a maximum penalty of 18 months in prison.

During a rehearsal, Baldwin had been pointing a gun at Hutchins when it went off, killing her and injuring the director Joel Souza.
Since the incident, Baldwin has maintained that he did not pull the weapon's trigger, but had pulled back the revolver's hammer.
In April, the movie's armourer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was sentenced to 18 months in prison after being found guilty of involuntary manslaughter.
Prosecutors said that Gutierrez-Reed had failed to ensure that the weapon was loaded with dummy rounds, which are used to look and sound like real bullets.

Sentencing Gutierrez-Reed, Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer said: "You alone turned a safe weapon into a lethal weapon.
"But for you, Ms Hutchins would be alive. A husband would have his partner and a little boy would have his mother."
At her sentencing Gutierrez-Reed told the judge that she had tried to do her best on the set despite not having 'proper time, resources and staffing'.

Ahead of Baldwin's trial, a CGI video was released which is aimed at illustrating how the incident may have played out.
This was put together by lawyers for Hutchins' family, and lays out how they allege she was killed.
Attorney Brian Panish said: "We went to the scene, we assessed the scene with experts and we really dug into what we could.

"I think the video explains why Mr. Baldwin and others were responsible and are responsible for safety on the job site and why their reckless conduct and cost-cutting measures led to the death of Halyna Hutchins."
Now, a judge in New Mexico is due to make a ruling on a grand jury indictment against Baldwin.
Lawyers acting for Baldwin have also filed for a motion to dismiss the indictment against him, arguing that the grand jury received testimony about the revolver and movie set safety protocols which was limited and inaccurate.
Defence attorney Alex Spiro said: “There were no (defense) witnesses there to testify. There was no evidence binder of the defense exhibits.”

Prosecutors have accused Baldwin of making 'shameless' attempts to escape culpability.
