Andy Cohen has responded after being accused of sexual harassment by Brandi Glanville.
NBCUniversal (Bravo's parent company), Warner Bros, and production company Shed Media received a letter on Thursday (February 22) from Glanville's attorneys in which she claims the talk show host sent her an inappropriate recording back in 2022.
The letter, written by Bryan J. Freedman and Mark Geragos and obtained by People, reads: “Ms. Glanville herself has been a victim of sexual harassment at Bravo by none other than Andy Cohen."

It continues: “In a video sent by Mr. Cohen to Ms. Glanville in 2022, Mr. Cohen - appearing obviously inebriated - boasted of his intention to sleep with another Bravo star that night while thinking of her and invited her to watch via Facetime."
After the allegation surfaced, the Watch What Happens Live host took to X to issue an apology to The Real Housewives star.
He wrote: "The video shows Kate Chastain and I very clearly joking to Brandi. It was absolutely meant in jest, and Brandi’s response clearly communicated she was in on the joke. That said, it was totally inappropriate and I apologize."

According to People, Bravo had no comment but a source who allegedly saw the video claims it was done in 'comedic nature'.
"No one in their right mind would think that anything Andy was saying in that video was meant to be taken seriously," they told the outlet. "It was very clear that everyone was in on the joke."
In the letter, Glanville's attorneys said: "Mr. Cohen was Ms. Glanville’s boss at the time and exercised complete and total control over her career."

Freedman and Geragos called Cohen's alleged actions 'an extraordinary abuse of power that left Ms. Glanville feeling trapped and disgusted'.
The attorneys also said that Cohen 'remains in his post' at Bravo and accused the production company of 'prioritizing profits over people'.
The letter comes not long after Real Housewives star Caroline Manzo filed a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment against Glanville during the filming of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco last year.
However, Glanville strongly denies these allegations and was also referenced in the letter.

Glanville’s attorneys said: “We have heard about a supposed ‘bathroom incident’ through press leaks, but Shed Media has repeatedly refused to allow Ms. Glanville or her counsel to see the footage in question; there is no truth to any allegations of impropriety.”
“Ms. Glanville and Ms. Manzo were never alone together that evening,” they added.
UNILAD has contacted Glanville and Manzo's reps, NBCUniversal, Bravo, Warner Bros., and Shed Media for comment.
