It will be eight years to the date since Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie filed for a divorce... and it is still ongoing, with the latest revelation being that Jolie is 'forced to stay in Los Angeles'.
While they did eventually divorce in 2019, due to the huge amount of assets the pair own, which includes a vineyard in the south of France the pair bought for around $25 million, it has dragged on for way longer than any you're likely to hear of.
Now, the 49-year-old has opened up to the Hollywood Reporter about her plans for the future as she appears to take subtle digs at her former husband.

The pair share six children - 23-year-old Maddox, then 20-year-old Pax, 19-year-old Zahara, 18-year-old Shiloh, 16-year-old Knox and his twin sister Vivienne.
"I’ve been a parent for 23 years. The most beautiful thing about being a parent is that you are not the center of your life. So you are leaving set, focused on something for someone," she told the publication when asked how she shakes off the stress of acting.
"That’s your real life. Your real world. And that always is the majority of who you are."
The interview comes as Jolie gets back on the acting horse for the first time in several years, as she portrays opera singer Maria Callas for the upcoming film Maria.

The magazine's Rebecca Keegan asks: "Why had you waited so long since you last acted or directed?"
Jolie swiftly answers: "I needed to be home more with my kids."
"I have never had a set where my family is not allowed to be there because I’m focusing — I’m not that person," she tells Keegan.

So, what is her ambition once a settlement has been reach with the divorce proceedings?
Jolie plans to swap the hustle and bustle of LA for the calming countrysides of Cambodia - where she and Pitt adopted their eldest son from, and where she already has a home.
Speaking about it, she said: "I grew up in this town [LA]. I am here because I have to be here from a divorce, but as soon as they’re 18, I’ll be able to leave. When you have a big family, you want them to have privacy, peace, safety.

"I have a house now to raise my children, but sometimes this place can be … that humanity that I found across the world is not what I grew up with here.
"[After Los Angeles,] I’ll spend a lot of time in Cambodia. I’ll spend time visiting my family members wherever they may be in the world."
