After decades in the industry, it's safe to say that Anna Kendrick has experienced it all.
Kendrick's first film role was in 2003's Camp, with the actress being just 16 years old when she made her film debut
Fast forward to today and she's been in a series of blockbuster movies including the Pitch Perfect and Twilight franchises, A Simple Favor, The Accountant, and Trolls.

Kendrick's newest movie, Woman of the Hour, is set to land on Netflix next week (October 18.)
The Hollywood favourite starred and directed the film, where she plays the lead role of Cheryl Bradshaw.
Cheryl is a budding actress in the movie and lands herself a spot on '70s TV matchmaking show The Dating Game.

Away from the dating show, Cheryl auditions for a part in another project where she's asked if she'd be willing to appear naked.
Kendrick's character declines and says nudity is 'not for [her]', when a male casting director gestures at her breasts and says, 'Oh, I’m sure they’re fine'."
Speaking to The Guardian, Kendrick, 39, revealed that this scene in particular hit home for her.

"That is lifted verbatim from something that happened to me when I was 19," the actress shared.
Kendrick then revealed she become overcome with emotion before proceeding to share her experience in more detail.
"I’ve had experiences where I found out there was a wardrobe change that the costume designer had been cagey about, likely because she felt her hands were tied," she explained.
"It’s like you can’t get to the bottom of it: ‘Wait – sorry – um, why would I be in a bathing suit in this scene?’ But I’m grateful that this happens a lot less now. And when you say you’re uncomfortable, there’s more of a culture of being taken seriously."

Elsewhere in the interview, Kendrick spoke about how she some-what related her to Alice, Darling character as well - a movie about a woman who is psychologically abused by her boyfriend.
Kendrick herself had once been in a coercive relationship that spanned five years.
The actress shared: "Recovery has been so challenging… I have good days and bad days. But it’s more accurate to call them good months and bad months.

"If you’d asked me three years ago, I would have said there was something almost embarrassing about that. Like: 'Aren’t you over it by now?' But I guess I feel a lot grosser saying: 'I’m doing great'."
Kendrick added that if she speaks on the matter again in another five years time, she hopes that she is 'not still struggling then'.
