Beyoncé being Beyoncé, you'd expect her to indulge in some pretty fancy food and drink, but seeing the actual cost of one of those items has left fans 'quickly humbled'.
As one of the biggest pop stars in the planet, it's no surprise that Beyoncé lives well.
You can imagine her breakfast is made up of farm-fresh eggs and wild smoked salmon, and her dinners consist of lobster, sushi and caviar.

She probably doesn't think twice about buying iced coffee or avocado on toast - she'll be able to afford a house regardless, unlike most of us Millennials.
But exactly how much does Beyoncé's food and drink cost? Well, one X user has given us a pretty good idea.
Over the weekend, Beyoncé posted a series of images showing herself enjoying the festive season as she was seen posing in shiny Prada shorts, hanging out with friends and family, and drinking wine.

The singer shared a picture of the bottle of wine which she was apparently enjoying at an event, revealing it was Petrus wine. Ever heard of it?
Me neither, and there might be a good reason for that.
After Beyoncé shared the snap, one fan decided to do some snooping to figure out just how much Bey's beverage of choice would set you back.
They Googled the brand, and were left stunned when they saw a picture of a bottle staring back at them with a price tag of $7,549.

So not your average bottle, then.
The brand is clearly a fancy one, though it's available for varying prices online with prices starting at around $2,000.
Beyoncé's bottle is labeled as 1973, which is indeed listed at $7,591 on the website Vivino. Here's hoping she drank the whole thing - any dregs must have been worth at least a couple of hundred dollars.

Internet users have understandably been left shocked at the revelation, with many responding to the X user's post to discuss the hefty price tag.
"Umm not her drinking 5 months of my rent," one person commented.
Another added: "If I'm paying 7500 dollars for a wine , it better be from the same batch Jesus made from water at that wedding in Galilee."

A third wondered: "What does a $7k bottle of wine even taste like? My brain can't fathom it."
Unfortunately most of us will probably never know what a $7,000 bottle of wine tastes like, but to be honest, that's fine by me. I don't think I could handle knowing I was casually sipping away so much cash - especially not if it ended with a hangover.
