There has been a lot of headlines surrounding Britney Spears and her knife videos.
The pop star sparked a lot of concern when she uploaded a clip of her busting out a few moves in her living room while holding two large blades.
She later revealed they were fake, however it was so out of the blue that police went to her home to do a welfare check on her.

But it seems there has been at least one positive from the bizarre moment.
In a post on Instagram, Britney said: "I know I spooked everyone with the last post, but these are fake knives that my team rented from Hand Prop shop in LA.
"These are not real knives.

"No one needs to worry or call the police. I’m trying to imitate one of my favorite performers Shakira … a performance I was inspired by!!!
"Cheers to us bad girls who aren’t afraid to push boundaries and take risks."
Thanks to that shoutout, the Hand Prop shop in Los Angeles has seen a huge boost in business.
The manager told TMZ that rentals have jumped 50 per cent since her social media post.

They've also seen a boost in online traffic as well as calls about their business.
The Hand Prop has previously relied heavily on the TV and film industry, who would rent all sorts of products for shoots.
However, because of the writers and actors strike, business has been very dry.
But Britney's shoutout has 'helped pull the store out of a financial hole', according to TMZ, and that 'Britney is partially to thank for saving the store'.
While it's been fun for the Hand Prop shop, Britney has hit out at the negative attention her knife videos received.

In an Instagram post over the weekend, the singer slammed the police and shared an image of a ballet dancer standing on knife handles.
During this, she claimed that she was being ‘bullied’ by the local authorities and told fans that she’d had ‘enough’.
She wrote: “The officers came to my home and said they would not leave until they spoke to me as people do 4 minute performances with them.”
The singer went on to say that she wanted an apology from the local force, adding: “I am getting an apology. I’ve been bullied in my home for so long now…ITS ENOUGH! Don’t talk about it, come on, let’s DO!!!”

Referring to her estranged parents, the Grammy award winner compared their behaviour with that of the officers.
“As my mom does the silent treatment when paps ask questions about her own daughter as if I’m in the wrong…nope it’s an old game,” she claimed, adding: “People need to be responsible for their actions! It’s about power for cops.”
