Channing Tatum has brutal three word message for 'flat-earthers'

Channing Tatum has brutal three word message for 'flat-earthers'

His recent film Fly Me to the Moon dealt with a conspiracy theory and the actor has since weighed in on the matter

Channing Tatum has weighed in on people who believe the earth is flat and people are praising him for keeping 'it real'.

The actor's latest movie - Fly Me To The Moon - delves into one of the biggest conspiracy theories known to man, faking the moon landing. However, there's one particular conspiracy Tatum believes is the 'GOAT' - and that's 'flat earthers'.

Tatum sat down alongside Zoe Kravitz ahead of starring in her directorial debut Blink Twice for an episode of Complex's GOAT Talk - GOAT being 'Greatest of all Time' for those who have managed to successfully keep off the internet more than others in recent years.

The 2022 Batgirl and the 21 Jump Street star not only shaded billionaires but Tatum also revealed he always likes to dance the Fresh Prince of Bel Air Carlton dance at parties to 'put everybody at ease'.

As if we couldn't love the actor anymore, he then went on to address the 'GOAT Conspiracy Theory' and didn't hold back from unleashing his thoughts on it - as well as giving one message to the conspiracy theorists in a short - but very clear - three words.

Without hesitation, Tatum responded: "Flat Earth. I mean it's like what the f**k?"

"Have you ever been on a plane?" he continued. "What the f**k is going on guys? So stupid."

And his message for all the flat earthers out there?

Well, the actor resolved: "Go f**k yourself."

Or as Kravitz added: "GOAT f**k yourself."

And it's not taken long for people to flood to social media in stitches over Tatum's comments.

One Twitter user said: "Flat earthers bout to be in they feelings over this one."

"Need more people calling idiots ‘f**king idiots'," another added.

A third commented: "Channing Tatum keeps it real, able to laugh at himself and got a role in a Tarantino film! Give the man props."

While Tatum has no time for flat earth conspiracy theorists, he is slightly more sympathetic to those who think the moon landing was faked.

In an interview with the Associated Press, speaking about Fly Me To The Moon, the actor reflected: "I have a [...] 68 camaro [car] and when. you look at the dashboard, it's all analog, there's no automatic anything at all other than the transmission and you're just going how did they go to the moon with just math - math and like strapping yourself to a giant rocket.

"It's crazy to think about, that's why obviously there's all this conspiracy - did they go did they not go - and that's why we have the movie because NASA was such a curtain, they wouldn't let you know what was going on behind the curtain."

However, Tatum resolved he 'personally thinks that they went'.
