Christina Applegate has given a tragic update on her health, saying she doesn't 'enjoy living' amid her ongoing MS battle.
The 52-year-old first opened up on her health issues in 2021, revealing that she had been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS).
Taking to X at the time, the Bad Moms and Married…With Children actress said: "It's been a strange journey. But I have been so supported by people that I know who also have this condition.

"It’s been a tough road. But as we all know, the road keeps going. Unless some a**hole blocks it."
MS is a serious health condition which affects both the brain and spinal cord. Symptoms of the condition include issues with vision, arm or leg movements, sensation or balance, muscle stiffness, numbness and problems with thinking, learning and planning.
Women are two to three times more likely to develop MS than men, while people are most commonly diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 40.

Since publicly revealing her MS diagnosis, Applegate has opened up on her daily struggles.
And recently, the actor has been speaking about the depression she's been experiencing caused by her condition.
Speaking on the latest episode of her podcast MeSsy, the actress said: "This is being really honest. I don't enjoy living. I don't enjoy it. I don't enjoy things anymore.
"If someone's like, let's get up and go for a walk and or let's go get a coffee… I don't enjoy that process."

She added: "What makes it harder is when you compare it to how it used to be. I'm in a depression right now, which I don't think I've felt that for, like, years.
"Like a real f**k-it-all depression, like real depression, where it's kind of scaring me too a little bit, because it feels really fatalistic… I'm trapped in this darkness right now that I haven't felt like that in, I don't even know how long, probably 20-something years."
To help those who may be going through a similar diagnosis, Applegate has previously opened up on the 'tiny' signs before she was diagnosed with MS.

Speaking on Good Morning America earlier this year, Applegate said: "My symptoms had started in the early part of 2021, and it was, like, literally just tingling on my toes.
"And by the time we started shooting in the summer of that same year, I was being brought to set in a wheelchair. Like, I couldn’t walk that far."
