    With a 'crazed look in his eyes' Diddy uttered five words to a 13-year-old girl before he and Jay-Z allegedly raped her.

    Outside of the MTV Video Music Awards back in the year 2000, a schoolgirl desperate for a glimpse at the high-life waited outside of the Radio City Music Hall, at the Rockefeller Center, in Midtown Manhattan.

    A civil complaint by a woman only identified as Jane Doe - the young girl who has alleged she was raped by the two rappers - walked up to limousines that were taking guests to the venue when a driver who she claimed worked for Sean 'Diddy' Combs told her that he 'liked younger girls' and that she 'fit what Diddy was looking for'.

    She was then invited to the afterparty that was due to take place at a residency somewhere in New York City.

    The complaint, which was first filed in October without referencing Jay-Z - real name Shawn Carter - by name, has since been amended to do so.

    It has been obtained by PEOPLE and the civil complaint alleged the that Combs and Carter - both now aged 55 - raped her while an unnamed female celebrity watched on during the party.

    Upon arriving to the party, the complaint claims that the 13-year-old was asked to sign a non-disclosure form before being given a drink at a later stage, which Jane Doe now believes was drugged.

    Further into the party, the accuser alleges that Combs looked at her with a 'crazed look in his eyes' before allegedly muttering five chilling words to her - telling her 'you are ready to party'.

    Jane Doe claims Combs then threw her, which caused her to fall over, and while 'stumbling' to her feet he then 'threw her on the bed', according to the complaint.

    Carter then allegedly removed her clothing, held her down and raped her, while the unnamed female celebrity and Combs watched on. The complaint then states that 'after Carter finished', Jane Doe claims Combs raped her while Carter and the same female celebrity watched on.

    Combs is currently serving time behind bars as he awaits his trial, which is due to take place May 5 next year, after he was indicted by a grand jury following his arrest at the Park Hyatt hotel in Manhattan back in September.

    He has since been charged with racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion - charges he's continued to deny.

    Carter has strongly denied all allegations put to him from Jane Doe's attorney Tony Buzbee in a public statement, which can be read in full below:

    An extract from the statement read: "These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!!"

    The rapper went on to explain how damaging these claims are to his status as well as to his family, with one of his daughters old enough that her friends will read the news and see the allegations against him.

    Buzbee himself has also responded on Twitter, explaining that his client didn't ask for money.

    His statement concludes: "As far as the allegations in the complaint filed, we will let the filing speak for itself and will litigate the facts in court, not in the media."
