Elon Musk has now acknowledged a lawsuit filed against him by a woman claiming to have given birth to his thirteenth child.
Back in February, Ashley St. Clair took to social media to announce that she allegedly shares a baby with SpaceX founder and Tesla CEO Musk.
The post read: "Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.

"I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child's privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.
"I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child's privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting."

St. Clair has since sued Musk asking for sole custody of her little boy, whom she claims to share with the multibillionaire.

She's also asked filed a paternity petition — a legal action to establish the father of a child.
St. Clair, 26, says she slept with Musk, 53, in January of last year after starting a romantic relationship with him in May 2023.
Musk's last public relationship was with singer Grimes, whom he shares three kids with. They ended their romance in 2022.
Initially, Musk is said to have ignored the lawsuits, but he has since addressed them and reportedly hired his own attorney.

His attorney and now filed for his ongoing case with St. Clair to be sealed.
It seems as if such a request has been granted, as previously public documents are no longer publicly available, Mail Online reports.
Before the documents were sealed, it was revealed that Musk has allegedly only seen St. Clair's son three times since he was born, and first met the tot in September of last year.

The tech mogul also wasn't present at birth, she said in the filing.
UNILAD have approached reps for both St. Clair and Musk for comment.
The lawsuit Musk is facing comes amid tensions with his ex partner Grimes, who has criticized him for taking their son, X AE A-XII, to public events.

Back in February, the youngster joined his famous father for a trip to the White House to see Donald Trump. The little boy, who is often referred to as X, ultimately ended up on television.
"He should not be in public like this," Grimes said of her and Musk's son being in attendance at the high-profile meeting.
She has since accused Musk of ignoring her while their son was experiencing a 'medical crisis'.
