Emily Ratajkowski has been praised for speaking out about male sexual assault victims and the prejudice they face, alleging that this what's allowed Diddy to 'hide in plain sight'.
The model and Gone Girl star has taken to TikTok in recent days following Diddy's arrest and the release of the new and controversial Netflix series Monsters that looks into the story of Lyle and Erik Menendez.
Diddy is facing a series of serious allegations, including rape and sexual abuse.

These are things that Lyle and Erik Menendez are believed to have suffered at the hands of their father, influencing them to murder their parents in August 1989.
With this in mind, Ratajkowski has linked the two cases as she discussed male sexual assault victims.
"With everything that's coming out about Diddy and the allegations and also this new Menendez brothers show called Monsters I think we need to have a conversation about male sexual assault," the 33-year-old begins the video.

"The reason Diddy was able to hide in plain sight for so long was because so many of his victims are male and our culture views male sexual assault as extremely emasculating."
She went on to note that one of the Menendez brothers was questioned about his sexuality during his 1996 trial, which Ratajkowski said was asked with the intention of implying that 'he wanted it'.
"Being asked if he's gay because of what his father did to him, because he was a victim of sexual assault. It's really really scary," the We Are Your Friends actress continued.

Ratajkowski went on to say that its victims like this that go on to continue the cycle 'because they could not talk about their experience and process it healthy'.
She used R. Kelly as an example; the disgraced rapper has been convicted on multiple charges involving child sexual abuse.
The 'Ignition' singer is believed to have been abused himself as a child.
Ratajkowski went on to say: "To be clear, I’m not making excuses for these people, I’m just saying there are ways we can stop the cycle from happening."
