Gypsy Rose Blanchard has recently been released from prison and she’s already looking to incite change.
Earlier this week, the 32-year-old walked free from prison after serving seven years of her ten-year tenure.
The Missouri native was sentenced in 2016 after she was found guilty of playing a role in the murder of her mother, Clauddine ‘Dee Dee’ Blanchard.

It is widely believed that Gypsy Rose was a victim of Munchausen Syndrome by proxy - a behavioral disorder and form of child abuse.
It sees a child's caretaker fabricating illnesses as a form of attention-seeking or to gain sympathy from others.
It emerged that Dee Dee had created the false impression that her child was ill, and forced her to use a wheelchair.

In 2015, Gypsy Rose took matters into her own hands and planned to kill her mother with her boyfriend at the time, Nicholas Godejohn.
A year later, she admitted to helping her Nicholas - whom she met on a dating site - to stab her mother, and pled guilty to second-degree murder.
Nicholas was found guilty of first-degree murder in 2019 and was sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Following her early release, Gypsy Rose has discussed being ‘blessed’ with the ability to ‘create change’.
In a new interview, the 32-year-old claimed that she never wanted to be ‘famous’.
“I didn't want to be a singer. I didn't want to be an actress. I wanted to be something that made a difference,” she told People.
Despite having no desire to be in the public eye, Gypsy Rose claimed that she hopes she can now build a social following after leaving the Chillicothe Correctional Center.

"The choice that I made to commit murder was never the right choice," she explained.
"So my mission now is to take what I've done and what [my mom] did and make it worth something.
“So I think it's really important for me to get out as much awareness about Munchausen by proxy as I can and really try to focus in on mental health.”

In another interview with the publication, she gushed about how her now-husband, Ryan Scott Anderson, had become her ‘emotional backbone’.
The pair met during the COVID pandemic and got married when Gypsy Rose was still serving time in jail.
She told People: “My husband Ryan has been an emotional backbone for the last three years.
“We met when the pandemic was really, really strong and I had a lot of emotional ups and downs because of Covid."
She continued: "Ryan has seen me through some really good times, some really hard times.
“I would say that he is probably the most compassionate soul that I've ever met, and the most patient.”
Gypsy Rose's father and stepmother had suggested that she wait until she was released from prison before tying the knot, but the pair went ahead and said ‘I do’ in a ceremony on July 21, 2022.
Since then, their relationship has been restricted by prison rules, which didn't allow conjugal visits, and now plan to start a family together.
She claimed that she has ‘no concerns’ about her parenting skills and doesn’t ‘foresee’ any further ‘hardships’ in her life.
“I think when I'm at home with my family, with my husband's arms around me and I'm surrounded by my loved ones, that is when I will be happy,” Gypsy Rose admitted.
