Halle Berry gives blunt response to ex-husband's 'claim' of being a sex addict
The Oscar-winning actor called out her ex-husband after more than two decades
Halle Berry has spoken out about her ex-husband's 'claim' that he is a sex addict.
The 58-year-old seemingly took aim at her former lover Eric Benét while appearing as a guest on fellow actor Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast.
"I had one husband who said he was a sex addict," Berry says, which, going off her previous marriages, is plain that she means her second husband Benét.

But before we get into her rather blunt response, let's dive into their history.
After dating for two years, Berry and Benét tied the knot in 2001, but just two years later, they filed for divorce - and it wasn't until 2005 that it finally all went through.
While the Catwoman actor claimed the 57-year-old said he was a sex addict, back in 2004 while he was estranged from his wife, he told ABC News that he wasn't.
He confirmed to the outlet that he was in fact unfaithful and on more than one occasion.
"I am not a sex addict," he said.
"I am a person who… through a series of emotional events, troubles, challenges; made some really, really stupid, painful mistakes."
He went on to share how he carried out 'verbally inappropriate' behavior towards other women while he was married to the Academy Award-winning actor.
Benét went on to explain that his indiscretions included 'physical contact that was extremely inappropriate and wrong in a marriage', insisting that he did not have sex with these women.
When Berry, who in 2002 became the first woman of color to win an Oscar for Best Actress for her leading role in Monster's Ball, learned he was unfaithful, she announced in October 2003 that they were separating.
Benét added: "Trying to make sense of how someone can love someone, but still manage to commit an act of extreme betrayal, is a real hard one to understand."
Now, speaking on yesterday's (October 7) episode of the podcast, Berry seemingly blasted her ex-lover.
She said: "I had one husband who said he was a sex addict.
"But I don't f****** believe that s***."
After splitting with Benét, Berry, who had already divorced former baseball player David Justice back in 1997, went on to date model Garbiel Aubry in 2005 - who she shares daughter Nahla with.
Following their split, she remarried again in 2013, this time to French actor Olivier Martinez - who she shares her son Maceo-Robert with.
Martinez and Berry divorced in 2016.
