Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham has spoken out about the viral moment she called out a photographer for telling her to 'show some leg'.
People across the globe celebrated Waddingham for her response to the photographer at the Olivier Awards in London on Sunday (14 April), where she appeared in a glitzy, floor-length gown.

“Oh my god, you’d never say that to a man, my friend,” she told them, adding: "Don't be a d*ck, otherwise I'll move on. Don’t say ‘show me your leg'."
Waddingham told the photographer to 'have some manners' as she walked away, leaving onlookers cheering at her response.
The praise continued on X, where internet users described her as a 'queen' and a 'hero'.
Naturally, the viral moment became a topic of conversation when Waddingham sat down on the BBC chat show The One Show, where she thanked host Alex Jones for asking how she was doing.

"That's a very nice thing to say, actually... I'm good," Waddingham said.
Waddingham went on to acknowledge that she did 'call out' what was 'absolutely necessary to call out', and revealed she had since received a written apology from the photographer who made the comment.
"So now I'm so ready to move on," she said, adding: "I'm not having it overshadow what was the most, I think even more than last year, the most glorious, joyful, positive night."

Waddingham acted as the host for the Olivier Awards, which is the most prestigious theatre award in the UK.
It was her second year hosting the awards, and she opened with a performance of 'Anything Goes' from the musical of the same name.
Waddingham continued: "I don't usually say this but I was really flippin' proud of that night. It did exactly what we wanted it to do. The whole place erupted like a bunch of lunatics. So that's what the takeaway should be."

"She was a fabulous hostess and the soul of that stage. Ready for her to rule the Oliviers every year with her extraordinary talent and most sparkly personality. Keep shining, Hannah-STAR."
Other fans praised Waddingham as 'classy' and an 'icon' following the interview.
