Superman star Henry Cavill is going to be a dad.
The 40-year-old actor, who many think could be in the running to replace Daniel Craig as James Bond, announced the news while promoting his upcoming movie, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.
Cavill is thought to have been dating his partner Natalie Viscuso for three years, with the pair going Instagram official in April 2021.

Viscuso, 34, is Vice President of TV at Vertigo Entertainment.
Announcing the news that they're expecting, Cavill told Access Hollywood that they're both 'excited' about their pending bundle of joy.
Cavill said about becoming a dad: "I’m very excited about it. Natalie and I are both very excited. I’m sure you’ll see much more of that."

The actor further gave some rare insight into his relationship with Viscuso and revealed that the pair enjoy a 'kitchen dance party'.
"We're not shy of a kitchen dance party, I'll tell you that much. A bottle of wine goes down range," he told E! News.
"Obviously not now - but previously," Cavill added in the wake of Viscuso's pregnancy.
Prior to beginning his relationship with the film executive, Cavill shared his hopes of being a 'fit and healthy dad'.

"If I ever have kids one day, I want to be the dad who's running round after them," he shared with Men's Health in 2017.
"And if I do have kids, even now, it's starting to get quite late," added the then 34-year-old. "But I want to be a fit and healthy dad, not hobbling round like, 'OK, I'm just going to catch a breather'."
Cavill and Viscuso's baby will be the second addition they've made to their family, with the pair getting a French Bulldog puppy last year.
The pair have named the adorable dog Baggins in a nod to Lord of the Rings.

It recently marked a year since they got him, with Viscuso marking the occasion on Instagram.
Sharing a snap of Baggins in a cute coat, she wrote last month: "Hard to believe this guy is already a year old! Lookin’ like a proper gent from the very beginning."
Cavill has another dog named Kal.

Prior to getting Baggins, Viscuso had another French Bulldog called Meat who sadly died last year, leaving the celebrity couple heartbroken.
In recent days, Cavill penned a moving tribute to the pooch on the anniversary of his death and admitted that he 'hadn't previously felt pain quite like the pain I felt when Meat died'.
"Thinking of him always brings great sadness, but also great joy," The Witcher star wrote.
"We'll miss him as long as we live, but wouldn't live nearly as richly had we never have known him. Journey well Meatboi."
