A body language expert has broken down Jake Paul's reaction after going eight rounds with Mike Tyson.

Paul faced the boxing legend in the ring last night (November 15) in one of the most anticipated fights of the year.

Hosted at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, Paul and Tyson failed to knock one another out and the 27-year-old YouTuber-turned-boxer went on to win by points.

The fight, which was streamed on Netflix, was scored 80-72, 79-73 and 79-73 in Paul's favor.

Just before the final bell rang, the amateur boxer bowed in Tyson's direction as an apparent sign of respect.

Tyson and Paul then put their heads together in a semi embrace.

Speaking on this moment, body language expert Inbaal Honigman explained to UNILAD: "Mike Tyson and Jake Paul acknowledge each other as they know the fight is nearing the end and Jake in particular is in awe of Mike and wants to show how much he respects and admires him.

"When Jake Paul bows to Mike Tyson, he is not only grateful, but he is sharing his relief to Mike as if to say, ‘it’s over, we did it.’"

Honigman went on to say of the Paul shaking the 58-year-old's hand after the fight: "Jake Paul has so much admiration for Mike Tyson and when he shakes his hand, it is to make sure that Mike Tyson understands how much he respects him.

"It is to show Mike that he did amazing at the age of 58 and he should be proud of himself. The handshake is also to say, ‘we got the job done, look at the venue, look at this being on Netflix, this is absolutely huge.’"

Elsewhere the body language expert spoke on the moment that Tyson called out Logan Paul as a possible next opponent.

In response, Logan said he would 'kill' Tyson in the ring.

"When Logan Paul says ‘I will kill you Mike’ when responding to a potential fight, his eyes light up as he knows there could be some interest in it," Honignan said.

"Logan looks excited and is happy to be in the limelight and speak about it as he is now in the conversation."

Many viewers have applauded Tyson after his fight despite losing, noting that he is 31 years Paul's senior.

"You all can say you wasted your time, I didn’t. That’s Iron Mike Tyson," one person said.

"You got to see him box. He’s 58 years old. He made you believe he could do it. He didn’t go down. Dude is an actual living legend."

A final user added: "Mike Tyson still had it in him and He's 58! Bro went 8 rounds."
