Those who happen to live on the same street as Jeff Bezos have lifted the lid on what it's like to live near the Amazon founder, and they all have the same one complaint.
While he's not busy running the Amazon empire, Bezos is at home of one of his several properties dotted across the US.
As of earlier this year, it was estimated that Bezos has a whopping 420,000 acres to his name. He owns three houses in Miami in addition to eight in Seattle - which is considered his former home.

"I’m planning to return to Miami, leaving the Pacific Northwest," Bezos penned on Instagram last year. "I've lived in Seattle longer than I’ve lived anywhere else and have so many amazing memories here. As exciting as the move is, it’s an emotional decision for me. Seattle, you will always have a piece of my heart."
The 60-year-old explained how his decision to move stemmed from wanting to be closer to his parents and Blue Origin's - his aerospace company - operations in Cape Canaveral, Florida.
"They recently moved back to Miami, the place we lived when I was younger (Miami Palmetto High class of ’82 — GO Panthers!) I want to be close to my parents, and Lauren and I love Miami. Also, Blue Origin’s operations are increasingly shifting to Cape Canaveral," Bezos explained.

Before choosing to relocate, Bezos purchased a $37.5 million waterfront estate in 2019, Business Insider reports. The property is located in Hunts Point - a wealthy neighborhood just outside of the hustle and bustle of Seattle.
Hunts Point is said to be a close-knit community of less than 400 people who often host events within the community.
Bezos is apparently not part of these events, however, including Cleanup Day, which sees Hunts Point residents come together to collect trash and plant trees.

Apparently, Bezos never shows up to this.
"I’ve seen a billionaire pick up trash on Cleanup Day. Not Jeff Bezos," one resident told Insider.
While Bezos may not be seen at the residence much, all of the his neighbors have the same complaint about the Amazon head-honcho.
“Jeff Bezos acts like he owns Hunts Point,” one resident told Insider, while another Hunts Point resident said: "He’s not much of a neighbor. He's too busy with all this national stuff."

Despite his no-shows, another resident confirmed to Insider that Bezos had donated to charity after one fundraising event at Hunts Point.
And one even said how Bezos' security presence was a bonus, saying: "We did feel a lot more secure knowing that he had all these people watching his property."
