Jenna Jameson reveals she’s ‘trying to work through things’ with wife Jessi Lawless after announcing split

Jenna Jameson has announced she and her estranged wife Jessi Lawless are in the process of rekindling their romance.

Earlier this year, Lawless, 41, revealed she’d filed for an annulment on her and the former adult actress’ marriage after less than a year.

However, a new update has revealed the pair are now trying to ‘work through’ their differences and regain footing in their relationship.

On Sunday (June 23), mum-of-three Jameson, 50, took to Instagram and said: “Hey guys, I just wanted to pop on and address a few things. Jessi and I are trying to work through things and I wanted to be very clear about something.

“She was never abusive, she wasn’t everything that’s being portrayed right now. So, we’re trying to work through things and I adore her.”

In the quick clip, the businesswoman added that her spouse ‘didn’t deserve’ to deal with ‘drama’ and claimed that she still ‘loved’ her.

Following the candid video, fans of the couple have come out in their droves to debate their latest update.

One social media user wrote: “I know you don’t want to hear this, but keep your relationship off of the internet.”

And a second typed: “Right on! You are both awesome and being public figures during this time sucks ! Sending love.”

However, someone else said: “You both caused this by all you said on the internet.”

Lawless also broke her silence on the situation by taking to the Instagram comments section and posting a red love heart emoji.

Jameson and the Alabama native embarked on a five-month relationship before saying their ‘I dos’ in Las Vegas in May 2023.

Following the pair's Nevada-based nuptials, Jameson told PEOPLE that she had found the person she ‘truly should have always been with’.

"I try to go over in my mind why I ever dated or married men, and it's selfish and bad to say, but I think my driving force [was] children.”

11 months after Jameson and the social media star tied the knot though, it was announced that the latter had filed to annul their marriage.

In a video posted to Instagram, Lawless said: “There are a lot of rumors going around that Jenna and I are getting a divorce. And I'm making this video to confirm that.

"I told her at the beginning of our relationship that I was drawing a hard line and that drinking had led to so many problems in her life that I would not tolerate it at all under any circumstances.”

The former barber added that she loved her wife with ‘all of [her] heart’ before Jameson responded: “I keep it classy.”

Prior to her marriage to Lawless, Jameson was wed to Brad Armstrong from 1996 to 2001 and Jay Grdina between 2003 and 2006.

She shares twins Jesse Jameson and Journey Jette, 15, with former UFC champion Tito Oritz and a daughter named Batel, seven, with her former boyfriend Lior Bitton.

This comes after Jameson struggled with a 'mystery illness' that left her unable to walk in 2022 - though she's managed to stay on her feet and is now 'smashing her goals'.
