Justin Baldoni has hit back against Blake Lively, claiming that there is footage of her joking about changing his appearance.
Baldoni, who is suing Lively, her husband, Ryan Reynolds, their publicist Leslie Sloane and Sloane's PR firm, Vision PR, for $400 million, has come out to make several allegations.
It all began when the Gossip Girl star made the first move in making her own allegations in a lawsuit in December of 2024, which claimed that Baldoni tried to 'destroy her reputation' and also sexually harassed her while they were filming the movie, It Ends With Us.

Baldoni's team branded Lively's allegations as 'categorically false' and is counter suing based on defamation, civil extortion, 'negligent interference with prospective economic advantage' and 'intentional interference' with contractual relations.
Baldoni’s 179-page lawsuit, which was filed on January 16, accuses the actress and her husband of attempting to take creative control over the film and launch a crusade against his reputation.
Fans first began to notice a rift during the film's press tour as Baldoni and Lively appeared to avoid each other and were never interviewed at the same time.

Now, in his new lawsuit, Baldoni claims that Lively made jokes about his physical appearance.
He went on to allege that Lively 'continued to break character’ while filming a scene and started to ‘speak as herself rather than as Lily, which was extremely confusing for Baldoni.’
The document read: “Lively apologized for the smell of her spray tan and body makeup. Baldoni responded, ‘It smells good,’ and continued acting, slow dancing as he believed his character would with his partner, which requires some amount of physical touching.”
However, it is also alleged that she began to break character and ridicule his nose, something that he has been open about being an insecurity of his.

The filing states: “Lively took them out of character again and began to joke about Baldoni’s nose, which he laughed off and joked in turn, even as Lively joked that he should get plastic surgery.”
The lawsuit said that Lively ‘alleges Baldoni inappropriately commented on her physical appearance. It was the other way around’ and that Baldoni has ‘publicly expressed insecurities about and has discussed on an episode of his podcast, Man Enough, exploring the topic of body dysmorphia.’
He also claimed in the suit that the comments were ‘captured on camera’ and that she used Taylor Swift to gain more control over the production of their film.

In Lively’s lawsuit, she stated that there had to be an ‘all-hands’, where her husband was in attendance as they discussed Baldoni’s alleged behavior towards her and laid out rules that had to be in place going forward.
It was alleged that Baldoni was told to no longer show Lively ‘nude videos or images of women’ and that he needed to cease talking about his past ‘porn addiction’ and sex life.
His latest suit comes after filing a $250 million libel lawsuit against the New York Times in December, which alleged the newspaper ‘cherry-picked and altered communications’ without providing ‘necessary context’.
