Diddy warned Justin Bieber to not talk ‘about the things that he does with big brother Puff’ in resurfaced interview

Diddy warned Justin Bieber to not talk ‘about the things that he does with big brother Puff’ in resurfaced interview

The clip has been given renewed attention since Combs was arrested and charged with sex trafficking and racketeering

A clip of Sean 'Diddy' Combs and Justin Bieber has resurfaced online following Combs' arrest and indictment.

The resurfaced video shows the pair in an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! together when Bieber was only 16 years old.

In the video, the pair are seen reflecting on the friendship that they had at the time, with some of the things that Combs was saying not aging well.

Starting off the interview, Kimmel asks how they became friends and whether they're working on any music together.

Combs says: “I think that we have become friends in a strange way,” adding: “It’s like Rob & Big," a reference to skateboarder Rob Dyrdek and his bodyguard Christopher 'Big Black' Boykin.

Combs continued: “He’s, to a lot of us, he’s like a little brother. He’s not afraid to call and ask for advice. He’s somebody that industry wise, the record industry is a strong family.

“He’s somebody that we definitely have our arms around and we wanna protect him because he’s genuinely such a nice person besides his talents.”

The rapper continued: “He’s one of the greatest kids you could ever know."

At this point Kimmel asked: “You know, Diddy bought his son a Bentley, maybe he could buy you one also while you’re at it."

Bieber, now 30, replied: “He got me a Lamborghini. I haven’t gotten it yet, though," to which Kimmel said: “When is that coming? That Lamborghini. We talked about this last time.”

In remarks which have not aged well, Combs said: “The Lamborghini for a day or two and he had access to the house.

“And he knows better than to be talking about the things that he does with big brother Puff on national television. Everything ain’t for everybody.”

Combs was arrested on September 16, and has since been denied bail twice by a judge.

The rapper has been charged with sex trafficking and racketeering, but has denied all criminal wrongdoing - despite 120 new accusers having since come forward.

Speaking at the time of Combs' arrest, his attorney Marc Agnifilo told UNILAD: "We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

"Sean 'Diddy' Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal.

"To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges.

"These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court."

UNILAD has contacted Justin Bieber's representatives for comment.
