Justin Bieber has sparked fresh concern among his fans as he admits feeling ‘unworthy’ and like a ‘fraud.'
Fans have been worried about the Canadian superstar ever since he was spotted during a trip to New York last month.
Belibers expressed concern about the 'Baby' hitmaker's physical and mental health at the time, though his reps slammed the allegations that he was on drugs as 'absolutely not true.'

The rep added Bieber is actually 'in one of the best places in his life.'

However, in an Instagram story posted on Thursday (March 13), the singer reflected that he has 'always felt unworthy.'
Bieber penned: "People told me my whole life 'wow Justin u deserve that' and I personally have always felt unworthy, like I was a fraud.

"Like when people told me I deserve something, it made me feel sneaky like, damn if they only knew my thoughts."
The 31-year-old continued: "How judgemental I am, how selfish I really am, they wouldn't be saying this.
"I say all this to say, if you feel sneaky welcome to the club.
"I definitely feel unequipped and unqualified most days."

He added the track 'Sneaky Sneaky' by Gold-Tiger to the story.

The latest post comes just days after Bieber shared another vague message about the 'gift of life.'
The two-time Grammy winner wrote in all caps: "We have nothing to prove today. Just the gift of life to accept and receive. Nothing is owed to us and we don't owe anyone anything."

In another post in February, the father-of-one who welcomed the birth of his son, Jack Blues, with wife, Hailey Bieber in August, said it was 'time to grow up.'
At the time, Bieber's reps said the celeb has had a 'very transformative' year, having severed ties with close friends and business relationships 'that no longer serve him.'

They continued to explain Bieber has been working on some new music while juggling parenthood and called the baseless rumors as 'exhausting and pitiful.'

"[D]espite the obvious truth," the rep continued, "people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive."
Bieber has open about his health battles over the years, revealing back in 2020 that he had been diagnosed with Lyme disease.
In 2023, he was then forced to cancel the last leg of his world tour as a result of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome (RHS), which he'd been diagnosed with the year prior.
He has also been transparent about overcoming a drug addiction, stating he had turned to substances in the early years of his career.
A source also allegedly told PEOPLE earlier this month that Bieber is 'doing well' and is simply focusing on his wife, six-month-old son and new music.
