Kylie Jenner stunned in Schiaparelli during Paris Fashion Week, but her unconventional choice of shoes has left people in shock.
On Thursday (28 September), Kylie sat front row as her sister Kendall Jenner closed Schiaparelli's spring/summer 2024 show.
The reality TV star and founder of Kylie Cosmetics wore a nude crystal-embellished Schiaparelli gown that featured a keyhole cutout just below the halter neckline.

She accessorised the look with a thin gold bracelet and sparkling oversized earrings, her dark hair styled in soft waves and her minimal makeup topped off with a complimentary nude glossy lip.
The 26-year-old's outfit was pure Old Hollywood bombshell, however she subverted the glamour with a somewhat strange pair of shoes.

Jenner chose to wear a pair of nude leather pumps to the runway show. The heels featured a sleek silhouette with a moulded front that clung to and exposed her toes.
Unsurprisingly, people had a lot to say about the TV personality's choice of footwear, taking to Reddit to express their opinions.
One user said: "The dress is gorgeous but what in the world is going on with those shoes?"
"Like when you dip your finger in candle wax but it’s your toes," another joked.

A third wrote, "Girl what a jumpscare."
But not all reactions to the unusual shoes were so critical, with some fashion fans explaining that the exposed toes are actually a Schiaparelli hallmark.
For the past few seasons, the designer has had a thing for toes, previously creating pumps with the tips sculpted to look like gilded talons. Kylie's shoes are the latest in a long history of 'toe-inspired footwear' to come from the fashion house.

One user explained: "Schiaparelli’s whole thing is incorporating body parts into their fashion in weird & exaggerated ways. Their toe shoes are just one of the things they do."
Another added: "I don’t love the shoes but it’s a great representation of the fashion house. They’re well known for it."
"Surrealism has been a cornerstone of the Schiaparelli brand for the past 100 years. This is tame for them," said a third.
Earlier this year, Jenner was criticised when she wore another Schiaparelli creation featuring a faux lion's head.

Despite being made entirely from manmade materials, the creation by the brand's artistic director, Daniel Roseberry, was deemed 'disturbing and distasteful' and accused of 'glorifying animal hunting.'
