In audio from the Buenos aires security ministry obtained by Reuters, a hotel worker can be heard telling police when the man 'is conscious he is destroying the room' and that staff feared for the guest's own life, needing authorities to 'send someone' to help.
And the head of the state emergency medical system has also released a statement adding further details.
