Lizzo has shared everything she eats in a day since giving up her vegan diet.
The 'About Damn Time' hitmaker has always kept fans updated on her weight loss journey, but was recently accused of taking Ozempic - a medication used in adults with type 2 diabetes that can have weight loss side effects.
The 36-year-old uploaded an Instagram Reel on Thursday (October 10) of her eating different food for her 11.7 million followers to see.
Titled 'What I Eat in a Day: as a Former Vegan', the clips sees Lizzo eating egg white cups with cauliflower hash browns and fruit for breakfast.

Later on, the Grammy winner enjoyed a Buffalo chicken lettuce wrap with a healthy serving of mustard. Another meal was grilled chicken alongside asparagus and carrots.
The singer - real name Melissa Jefferson - then quenched her thirst with lemon water, homemade peach ice tea and viral TikTok drink okra water. The plant-based beverage is said to help with digestion and keep skin clear.
In the video's voiceover, Lizzo explained how she wanted to see how animal protein affected her body. She admitted eating meat was the diet she felt best on, but she still aspires to be 'a raw, alkaline vegan.'
There was much debate in the comments section, as expected.

One person asked: "You realize that you can get plenty of protein as a vegan right?" as a second admitted: "That ‘former vegan’ part hurts, because no one needs to eat animal products to maintain their health."
A third said: "Whatever she does, people still ain’t happy. She looks great!" A fourth concluded: "You look amazing. Eat what makes your body and mind function the best. BUT mustard on buffalo chicken is diabolical".
The update comes after Lizzo shut down rumours that her weight loss has been thanks to taking Ozempic.

The star shared a reel on Instagram recently, which she finished with the tag line: "When you finally get ozempic allegations after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit."
She then shared a screenshot of a comment from a social media user where they accused her of taking ozempic.
Even South Park made some brutal jokes around the star using the medication.

But, speaking to The New York Times in March, Lizzo made it very clear her weight loss journey didn't come with short cuts as she shared: "I've been methodical, losing weight very slowly."
In another interview she added: "I don't really see it because if anyone who's on a natural weight-loss journey knows, losing weight is actually the slowest thing in the world and you don't really notice it until you notice it."
