Matthew Perry's mother has spoken out nearly a year on from the Friends star's tragic death.
Perry was found dead at his Los Angeles home at the age of 54 on October 28, 2023.
An autopsy report revealed traces of ketamine in the actor's system, with his death ruled as an accidental overdose at the time.

However, the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed it would be investigating the source of the ketamine in May this year.
The US Department of Justice detailed some of its findings in a press conference in August, with the investigation into Perry's death said to have exposed a 'broad underground criminal network' that 'took advantage' of the actor by selling him drugs.
Five people have since been charged in connection to Perry's death.

Many have paid tribute to Perry since his shock and unexpected passing, with the one-year anniversary fast approaching.
The actor's mom, Suzanne Morrison, has recently opened up about the the final days she spent with her son.
Speaking in an emotional interview with Today, Morrison said: "He went through a period, interestingly enough, just before he died when he was showing me one of his new houses.
"He came up to me and he said, ‘I love you so much, and I’m so happy to be with you now. And I’m so...’ It was almost as though it was a premonition or something. I didn’t think about it at the time, but I thought, ‘How long has it been since we’ve had a conversation like that?’ It’s been years."

Morrison added: "There was an inevitability to what was going to happen next to him, and he felt it very strongly.
"But he said, ‘I’m not frightened anymore'. And it worried me."
Perry's family first issued a statement to People in October 2023 stating they had been left 'heartbroken' by the 'tragic loss' of their 'beloved son and brother'.

"Matthew brought so much joy to the world, both as an actor and a friend. You all meant so much to him and we appreciate the tremendous outpouring of love," the statement added.
Since then, Perry's stepfather - Dateline NBC correspondent Keith Morrison - and younger sister Caitlin, have launched a new organization in the form of The Matthew Perry Foundation of Canada.
Caitlin told HELLO! Canada that launching the foundation makes it 'kind of feel' like she's 'sitting right next to Matthew working with him every day on something that was important to him'.
