Megan Fox says that she never wanted to 'get anyone canceled' after speaking about her previous relationships.
The Transformers star is currently doing the media rounds after releasing Pretty Boys Are Poisonous - a collection of 70 poems - some of which detail experiences of past emotional and physical abuse.
Fox has since claimed that some of the abuse she suffered was when she was in relationships with 'very famous people'.

Speaking on Good Morning America recently, Fox explained why she chose to include her experiences in her debut book of poetry.
"I just think it was something inside of me that had to come out because it was going to make me sick," she said.
The actor went on to explain it's not a 'memoir or expose' but notes 'throughout [her] life' she has 'been in at least one physically abusive relationship and several psychologically very abusive relationships'.
"I've only publicly been connected to a few people," she said.

"That I shared energy with, I guess we could say, who were horrific people and also very famous, very famous, people, but no one knows I was involved with those people."
One of the poems details a previous partner's 'villain origin story,' with Fox recalling how the person's eyes went 'black' and they 'lock[ed] the door' - her stomach turning and her 'know[ing] it's too late to run'.
While the star was 'taken aback by how much she'd been through' during the writing process, Fox says it wasn't her mission to cancel anyone.

According to People, in a conversation with Bustle editor, Samantha Leach, on Tuesday (7 November), the Jennifer's Body star said: "I’m not trying to get anyone canceled.
"I’m not karma, I can’t control how other people react to my art."
Fox then went on to say the names of the alleged abusers is 'irrelevant', adding: "For once, it should be about me."
The 37-year-old then went on to say that she sometimes had to take a step back from her 'savage' writing as she made Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.

Despite that, Fox went on to say she's not bothered by any potential backlash that may come her way following the release of her new book.
Adding: "You’re never gonna cancel me because I’m not a bad person. … You can try."
