MrBeast was lucky enough to receive unrestricted access to the Great Pyramids of Giza, and what he found inside left his fans stunned.
The YouTuber - real name is Jimmy Donaldson - documented what it was like to spend 100 hours exploring Egypt’s Great Pyramids.
Joined by renowned Egyptologist and former Minister of Tourism and Antiquities of Egypt, Dr. Zahi Hawass, the crew were granted exclusive access to tombs, tunnels and chambers that have remained off-limits to the public for centuries. Along the way, the expert addresses the popular myths surrounding the pyramid’s origins with true, jaw-dropping evidence and ancient illustrations.

Their journey began inside the Great Pyramid of Giza, where the crew explored a royal tomb believed to have once held a mummified pharaoh.

"4,600 years ago, this chamber may have contained the king's mummified body," MrBeast described in the video, adding that: "This is where the pharaoh was buried."
The adventure then leads the group into seldom-seen locations, such as the submerged Tomb of Osiris where 'very few humans have ever been'.

The submerged tomb has a symbolic connection to the afterlife, Dr. Hawass explained and legend has it that the tomb was 'a gateway to the underworld'.
MrBeast added: "This sarcophagus is allegedly the portal to the underworld and virtually no humans have ever been here before."
Does it get cooler than this? You bet!
After cutting their exploration short in the tomb due to 'low oxygen levels,' the group moved on to the Great Sphinx of Giza, where rumours of buried treasure have circulated for centuries.

Here, MrBeast decided to add his own piece of history and leave a 'letter for the future' along with his own golden artefact - a 'Gold Swarm' collectable worth $10,000.
"I guess the internet conspiracy theories are right because the Sphinx definitely has gold in it now, thanks to the rarest Swarm in the world," the 26-year-old remarked.
The viral video has already racked up over 65 million views on YouTube and safe to say, fans are in complete awe over the footage.

"As an Egyptian, this is the first time I see and hear about the things shown in this video!" the first comment read, as another viewer wrote: "I'm Egyptian and this is the first time to see this magical footage inside our pyramids, thank you for this effort and you are welcome any time in Egypt."
"Ok this is by far the coolest vid you've ever made," another viewer added.
Meanwhile, some fans wanted more footage, arguing: "We need an extended cut of this, must be hours worth of cool content".

To wrap up the adventure, MrBeast and his crew scaled to the very top of the Great Pyramid. But this was not before 'struggling through narrow passageways' and a 300-foot tunnel to reach its lowest depths.
