I mean, for those who earn millions of dollars a year, a $100 road-side fine is practically nothing.
But the latest high-profile parking saga - surfacing on social media over the past couple of days - sees Bieber's blacked-out SUV pull over 'on a pedestrian crossing' in Paris, France.
The 26-year-old, who was sat in the back of the vehicle, was accompanied by a bodyguard as they let her out of the vehicle and walked her in to the restaurant.

“You shouldn’t do this.”
“Even the president of France doesn’t do this,” he added.

“No no no it’s classy,” he said. “What is this mess.”
Commenting on the clip, one person said: "The entitlement is insane. for those saying they should get mad at the driver, that driver driving her around is on her payroll so she definitely has a say and responsibility of the driver."
While another added: "Hailey Bieber has been copying people and doing whatever she wants to for years and she thinks the world belongs to her."
Although others pointed out how she was not the person driving the vehicle, as a third wrote: "So she can drive and park a car from the back seat??? She has superpowers."

Last February, she and Kendall Jenner parked their luxury cars in disabled spots at Pilates.
"To @KendallJenner & Hailey Bieber....STOP FRICKEN' PARKING IN HANDICAP SPOTS. #noshame #ignorance," one person wrote.

"If you've ever tried to juggle a walker, oxygen, & anything else you might need, you'd understand why handicapped spots are so necessary. #ScumbagPrincess," another added.
