Holland Taylor has spoken out on the idea of marrying her long-term partner Sarah Paulson.
American Horror Story star Paulson has been dating Taylor, who is 32 years her senior, for the best part of a decade.
The pair met back in 2005, but didn't start a relationship until some years later. They then went public with their romance in 2015.
As to how they've managed to maintain a long-term relationship, Paulson said there's a 'secret' to it.

"We don’t live together, that’s the sort of secret," she previously revealed on the SmartLess podcast. "Holland and I, we spend plenty of time together but we don’t live in the same house."
Paulson continued: "We’ve been together for a long time now and I think part of it has to do with, we’re together when we wanna be and we’re not when we don’t."
Now Two and a Half Men star Taylor has addressed the idea of marriage and how it doesn't seem to be on the cards for the celebrity couple.
Speaking to Andy Cohen on his SiriusXM channel Radio Andy, Taylor shared: "I don’t think [we’ll get married]. We’ve never talked about it with any interest. It doesn’t seem to mean to us what it means to a lot of people."

And Paulson and Taylor aren't alone in choosing not to tie the knot after years of dating; the likes of Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, Rose Byrne and Bobby Cannavale, and Sam Rockwell and Leslie Bibb have also avoided saying their 'I dos' for various reasons.
Going on to note their 32-year age gap, Taylor continued: "We have a big generational difference between us, which worries me for her sake. But, you know… what can I do?"
The 81-year-old went on to insist that they have a 'wonderful romance' despite the generational gap and, while they do have big differences, they're also 'very interested in the same kinds of thing'.

Taylor marked her 81st birthday back in January and Ratched star Paulson penned a heartfelt tribute on Instagram to mark the occasion.
Alongside a video showing a series of snaps of them together over the years, the actor wrote: "My phone made this. And I like it. Happy Birthday to my one and only love."
"I love you," the actor continued, before tagging Taylor and joking: "(don’t be mad about the second to last picture, I didn’t know how to take it out, plus there are pictures of me with no eyebrows, so-)."
