Sean Kingston and his mom could face a jail sentence of decades after being charged with fraud.
Arrest warrants for the pair released by Broward County Sheriff's Office and viewed by PEOPLE allege that the pair stole more than $1 million in property.
This included almost $500,000 in jewellery as well as $160,000 from an Escalade dealer, and $86,000 from the maker of customised beds.

The US Attorney's Office, Southern District of Florida said in a statement: "Through the execution of this scheme, the defendants obtained in excess of $1 million in property."
Kingston, whose real name is Kisean Anderson, 34, and Janice Turner, 61, were arrested for their alleged 'involvement in a scheme to defraud victim sellers of high-end specialty vehicles, jewelry, and other goods purchased by the defendants through the use of fraudulent documents,' according to the press release from the US Attorney's Office in the Southern District of Florida.
The press release added that the pair allegedly 'unjustly enriched themselves by falsely representing that they had executed bank wire or other monetary payment transfers' in order to pay for things.

It continued: "When in fact no such bank wire or other monetary payment transfers had been executed by the purported banks."
Officers arrested Kingston in California on May 23, after arrest and search warrants were served at the South Florida mansion he had been renting.

Officers carried out the raid as a part of an ongoing investigation, which began with a February lawsuit involving her, Ver Ver Entertainment and Kingston.
